Quality Assurance

Safety is our number-one priority, so we take aircraft quality assurance seriously. As our Chief Inspector says, no aircraft leaves our hangars that we wouldn’t be comfortable putting our families on.

That goes for parts, too.

We operate a customized database and tracking system that monitors every part supplied to our customers. This database also allows us to maintain an approved vendor list, which is continually audited to ensure the highest quality standards.

We follow stringent regulations set out by the FAA, EASA, and National Aviation Authorities as well as our own procedures developed over years of experience in the aviation maintenance business. We have passed strenuous audits by many different government agencies and overhaul facilities, and we welcome inspections by our customers at any time.

C&L Aerospace’s Quality System is ISO-9001:2015 certified and meets the requirements of the Aviation Suppliers Association’s Quality System Standard “ASA-100” and FAA Advisory Circular 0056B. 

C&L Aviation Services is also ISO-9001:2015 certified and AS9110C and AS9100D. C&L Aviation Services is an FAA Part 145 approved repair station (Number J2SR196J) and also has EASA, UK CAA and TCCA  Part 145 approval.
