Outsourced Supply Chain & Repair Procurement
Managing parts, repairs, and inventory can quickly overwhelm a lean operation. This program allows you to outsource your supply chain, repair sourcing, and inventory management to C&L, so your team can stay focused on keeping aircraft flying.
This is more than basic procurement. C&L functions as an extension of your operation, handling day-to-day sourcing, repair coordination, and inventory planning across your fleet and stations.
What this program includes:
Scheduled pricing and sourcing coverage
We create a structured parts coverage model that delivers predictable costs and fast response.
This may include:
- An Exclusive Supply Agreement (ESA) with scheduled pricing for a broad range of parts
- Optional Power-by-the-Hour (PBH) coverage, or PBH components incorporated into the ESA
In most programs, the majority of parts requirements are covered by scheduled pricing. Any items outside the agreement are sourced by C&L on your behalf.
Repair procurement and managed repairs
C&L manages the full repair sourcing process for rotable and repairable components.
Based on demand, spare availability, and operational priorities, we:
- Identify qualified repair vendors
- Coordinate quotes, approvals, and shipping
- Track repairs through completion
- Manage return timing to support aircraft availability
You gain a dedicated team managing repair flow, communication, and cost control.
Inventory management and replenishment
We manage inventory levels so the right parts are available in the right locations.
This includes:
- Establishing and managing min and max levels by location
- Providing initial consignment of high-usage rotables and expendables when appropriate
- Replenishing consumed consignment parts from C&L inventory
- Sourcing non-consignment parts or sending operator-owned units to repair
- Coordinating inventory transfers between locations as demand shifts
