confidence. From targeted repairs to major structural work, our experienced team
supports projects of all sizes with the tooling and capabilities to keep work moving
efficiently.

Structural Repair and Modification Capabilities

Our capabilities include:

• Major aircraft repairs, including complete skin replacement, primary structures and flight controls
• Repair development and fabrication supported by DER 8110-3 as an alternate to OEM engineering
• Composite manufacturing and repairs, including wet layups requiring vacuum bagging and controlled heat processes

In-house machine shop manufacturing with large-part capability, including:

• 5-axis CNC milling
• CNC lathe
• CNC routing
• CNC press
