UV Laser Marking for Aircraft Wiring
Speed up avionics installs and reduce shop time with clean, permanent wire identification. C&L uses non-destructive UV laser marking to custom-code aircraft wiring of any length. The laser marks the surface of the insulation only, with no impact to the conductor inside.
What we can mark
- 26 AWG to 4 AWG wire and cable
- Up to 5/8-inch heat shrink
- Round and twisted cables
- Continuous lengths with no minimum or maximum order size
Marking capabilities
- Non-destructive surface marking
- High-contrast identification that will not rub off
- OEM approved
- Vertical or horizontal text orientation
- Full graphics support including logos, images, barcodes
- Custom coding to match your installation requirements
How this helps your installation
- No spliced wires
- Faster turnaround with professional shipping
- Packaging designed for quick sorting
- Bundled and sorted into easy-to-organize installation kits
When your wiring arrives labeled, sorted, and ready to pull, your upgrade goes faster, your techs stay efficient, and rework drops.
Wire Harnesses
Need more than marking? C&L also fabricates wire harnesses using modern tooling for high-quality, low-production-run builds with any number of branches. Harnesses are engineered to meet your application requirements for control systems, electrical connectivity, testing, and long-term support across a wide range of aircraft and equipment platforms.
